Selling a Home

Jimmy immigrated to Seattle from Vietnam 38 years ago, and he has since made this vibrant city and its surrounding areas his cherished home. He's witnessed the remarkable transformation of Seattle, evolving from a quiet town into a bustling hub that draws both employers and those who relish the four distinct seasons our region has to offer.
When he's not busy addressing the housing shortage in our community through his home building efforts, Jimmy enjoys quality time with his daughter and twin boys. His interests also extend to maintaining an active lifestyle through workouts and savoring precious moments with his close-knit circle of family and friends.
Originally from Taiwan, Casey embarked on a journey to the United States in 1991 and has since called Redmond home. She joined Tang Real Estate Investments in September 2022, which marked a significant milestone in Casey's career despite initially lacking any construction-related background. This endeavor has proven to be an exhilarating experience for her, and as she says, "It was like learning a brand-new language for me."
Casey cherishes creating precious memories with family and friends outside of work. Additionally, a commitment to physical fitness helps strike a harmonious balance with Casey's passion for food.
As a Superintendent at Tang REI, Hector is one of the first friendly faces you meet at the job sites. He contributes to the thriving rapport between the company, subcontractors, inspectors, and prospective buyers by ensuring the project progresses on time and having a solid plan when setbacks happen. Before overseeing the day-to-day operations at Tang REI construction sites, Hector was in the packaging and shipping industry for 14 years.
Hector is incredibly driven when he sets his mind on a goal. When he was a teenager in Mexico, he knocked on neighbors’ doors, offering to do their groceries for a minimal fee so he did not have to ask for money from his parents. These market runs became frequent enough that he could also share his earnings with his family. When not working, Hector enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events.
Meet Sara, our talented Italian designer. In 2016, she embarked on a Hawaiian vacation and decided to make the United States her new home, a characteristically adventurous move. Despite studying business and management, her heart was always captivated by architecture. She pursued her childhood dream of interior design in the US, embracing the country's boundless opportunities.
After years of honing her interior design skills, Sara joined Jimmy Tang's dynamic construction team. She excelled in various roles, expanding her knowledge and relishing the creative process behind the scenes. Beyond her work, Sara is "slightly" obsessed with paddleboarding and water-related activities in the summer, while Pilates becomes her winter fixation.
Jonathon Bender has been a valued member of the Tang REI Team since 2020, serving as the Business Accountant. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for behind-the-scenes operations, Jonathon collaborates closely with teammates and subcontractors to ensure the seamless success of our diverse range of projects. As a Seattle area native, Jon draws inspiration from the company's commitment to community investment, particularly in family housing, as he nurtures his own growing family.
You'll often find Jon strolling alongside his family and two lovable, large dogs outside of work. Weekends are reserved for indulging in leisurely breakfasts, complete with an extra helping of hashbrowns.
